1. How do I make a booking?
First check our availability on your wedding date. You'll then need to send us a deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is payable two weeks before the wedding day.
2. How much deposit do I have to pay?
The amount varies between £100 and £250 according to the size of the wedding package you go for. Contact Us for info.
3. Where are you based?
We are based in Brighton & Hove in East Sussex - but we're happy to travel across the South East of England, including East Sussex, West Sussex, London, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and Dorset.
4. How much do you charge for travel?
If your wedding is outside our local area we charge a small amount to cover our travel costs. Contact Us with the locations of your wedding and we'll calculate the travel charge for you.
5. Will we get to meet you before the wedding?
We offer a face-to-face consultation as part of our wedding service - this will take place after you've made a booking and in good time before the Big Day.
6. What happens at the consultation?
Well first of all it's a chance for us to meet and get to know each other a bit. During the consultation we will discuss the details of the wedding day with you. It's also the time for you to ask any questions or requests you may have and make sure you're completely happy with the arrangements.
7. What if we can't make the consultation?
Don't worry! We've done plenty of consultations over the phone with absolutely no problems. We'll make sure we have all the information we need to be fully prepared on the wedding day.
8. Do you provide negatives / orginal images?
Yes - all our photography is digital and we would provide you with the original, high resolution images on a CD with every package. This means you are free to reprint them as you wish at a high street photo lab.
9. Do you do retouching or effects?
Yes - we carefully retouch each and every photo using Adobe Photoshop before you see it, plus some more extensive creative effects on some selected images.
